ALL ARCHIVE SALE ITEMS TAGGED “FINAL SALE” ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. PLEASE REVIEW THE SIZING INFORMATION CAREFULLY.
Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you’d like a different size or a refund. ***Does not include final sale items***
You have 14 days from receiving your order to:

Send your purchase back to us. You’ll be charged a handling fee to send your items back if it is a return. Exchanges and store credit are free.
Items must be returned to us unused and undamaged with all LBV. tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, we reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

Remember, your return parcel must be postmarked within a 14 day time frame from the shipment delivery date.
RETURN PROCEDURE
We’ll help you get started! Just have your order number and shipping zip code in hand. You’ll find your order number in your LBV. Official Order Confirmation email or Packing Slip. You can also always email our Customer Service team at contact@lbvofficial.com to further assist you with the process.
To start, click on the logo below:
- Enter your order number and email address/shipping zip code to start. Order numbers can be found on the returns card in your parcel or on your order confirmation email.
- Add the items you want to return by clicking on the product.
- Choose from an exchange or refund/online credit.
- Choose the reason you are returning or exchanging the product/s.
- Follow the instructions to select the items you want to return and indicate the reason for return. If exchanging, select the product you are returning.
- Simply follow each of the next steps as prompted to complete the returns process.
- A confirmation email and free shipping label with tracking number will be sent to you.
PACKING YOUR RETURN
- Place the items you wish to return with labels and tags still attached to the merchandise, as well as a copy of your receipt, in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package.
- Place the pre-paid return label provided on the outside of the package.
- Once your package is prepared you can drop off your package at the circulation center (post office, UPS store, etc) of the shipping carrier listed on the return label.
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery. Returns made after 14 days will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
We'll issue your refund, gift card, or exchange once we receive and approve your return.
You can choose to receive your refund either as an online gift card or back to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
